Sim Gets Fear of the Dark After Being Cured

This was supposedly fixed in the update today, so I went to test it. I gave my Sim a Fear Be Gone potion for their Fear of the Dark. However, even after being "cured" my Sim still got a scared moodle...

    Would you be willing to share your save with me ? 

    If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link. 

    To fix

    Re-add the fear of dark with traits.equip_trait trait_Fear_dark (This should not disable achievements/trophies on console as you don't need testingcheats). After that cure it again by regular means.

    Wait for any moodlets to go away too. Hopefully they won't come back unless the Sim gets the fear again.

I updated my game to the new patch yesterday and the moodlet is still there. So frustrating! My sim gets it as soon as he wakes up and it disappears for a while when he is inside at night. If he goes outside at night, the moodlet returns. It disappears when he is at work. This really needs to be addressed as this issue has been going on for years!
