Sim interaction menu won't work properly.

Most of the time it only gives option to call over, or random mod options. Sometimes I can interact with other sims but friendship or relationship wont build.

I do use mods and cc but I already removed them all from game and it still wont work.

I did also repair the game but it did nothing as well.
