Sim is disappearing from the game.

I created a household of 7 Sims and put them in a lot. I saved the game, came back, and one of my Sims was completely erased from the household. Every single time I reset the household with a new game or add them all back in from the gallery, the same sim goes missing every single time. It's really, really frustrating, and I don't know what to do.
