@mrz428 , did you save your game after you pressed destroy object?🤔 If you didn't , then there is still a chance you might recover your Sim😀. When you load that save file again from the Main Menu, click on Load Game and when the list (if you have more than one save game file) shows up, then click in the middle of that save game file to highlight that save (don't press Play or Delete!) and to the left of the Play and Delete buttons (which are on the right side of the box), there will be a little round button that looks like an old computer disk for saving. When you hover your cursor over that button it will say "Recover Save" . Click on that and then see if that solves your problem! 🤞🙂
I'm not sure if your problem was caused by pressing destroy object, since I've never tried that option, only the reset option. But I think that it might be related. The only other thing I can think of is if you play with any Mods or Custom Content (CC). 🤔
