Since the November update, the whims have defaulted to being shut off -- you have to go into game options to turn them on. It should be under the "Gameplay" section of the menus. (If you reinstall the game, it can reset back to being turned off)
All other whims are active, I'm talking about the one mentioning specific sims.
- @ZekhAstram Didn't those appear under emotional whims ? Not sure tbh, not using them anymore.
Are you in the correct mood ? - @ZekhAstram Do you remember if those are mood related and is your sim in the right mood ?
