Sim still catches fire when using toilet

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.67.45.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions some game some stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim use the bathroom about a few times.
What happens when the bug occurs? Toliet will catch fire, also possibly catch your sim on fire as well
What do you expect to see? No fire
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sim will use the bathroom and then the toilet will catch fire. I never had this in my game until recently. It is getting annoying because I am constantly putting out fires and having to cheat the bathroom. Is there a mod fix for this or a fix coming soon because my toilets are always burned and almost every time, my sim catches on fire from using the toilet, Please help?

newest update has my child burning every time she uses the toilet. Never had this bug before. changed toilets, still happening. adult sim uses it fine. I have used insta-upgrade on it, which doesn't change to the compost or recycling fuel cell. so it shouldnt have the chance of fire due to not cleaning compost. I never installed any mods or CC, but this is the first thing i could find after googling a bit. Maybe one day this small indie team can get this game working to its full potential. LMFAO its a joke, im a * I know.
