Try google: Reset bathoutfit sims 4
This will lead you to a mod at MTS. That one is a bit dated but there's a newer version in the comments. Try that. Instructions are the same.
Other than that, there's also a bug that can cause this but this is only for NPCs that used to be suspects: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/WORKAROUND-Can-t-change-to-nude-outfit/m-p/6969901#M70516
The issue is usually caused by custom content so check that none of the custom content is marked for nude. You can check that with S4Studio.
I tried the reset bathoutfit but it only changed their clothes for naked, not remove lol. Any idea what this is?
- @Mardies-x Currently outdated version of MCCC can cause this. Make sure to either update all mods you're using or remove them.
Sometimes a Sims 4 Studio batch fix can help this.
