Sim Unresponsive and Glitches in T-Pose

My Sim keeps getting stuck in a glitching T-pose position and she is unresponsive. I have no mods, I have cleared the cache, repaired the game, checked for driver updates, reset the Sim with cheats, etc. I had the Sim travel to another location and come back to the household and it started again after 20 mins. I don’t know what to do at this point.

  • What is the sim doing when this occur? Are there particular actions that she is doing when it happens? Is it happening with just one sim or other sims also? Try testing with another household and see if the same issue is happening.

The sim is just walking around or when she does activities, it’ll just cancels the action and she starts glitching. I only have her and her household so I don’t know if other sims do it.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

Would be good if you could test another household/Sims to see if it's limited to this Sim or a general issue.

These are all from a modded game. Didn't you say you don't use any ?

    Try the following

    - Close the game
    - Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
    - Repair the game
    - Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry.
    - Start a new save game
    - Check if you still have the error
    - Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
