Sim with two new outfit slots. And they’re both naked and uncensored

In my new household, there’s one sim that has two extra outfit slots for two naked “outfits”. What shocked me the most was that the pixels were gone. It only happens when I travel with the sim. He’ll arrive naked. I do have cc and a mod but no one else in the full household is doing it. I do not have anything that would remove pixels. His aspiration is city native and his traits are bookworm, loves outdoors, and goofball. If anyone could explain this, that would be awesome cause I was very shook. Thanks!
