Sim Won Lottery…But No Payout

So, my sim and her husband bought tickets for lottery day. The announcement showed up on the notification wall that she’d won and I freaked out cause, WHAT?! However, she didn’t get the payout!!! Not...

    That was part of the issue. The winner completely disappeared from the notification wall.
