Sim won't learn all 27 City Living recipes

@k3llybean When I tried to do what you suggested, the plate of food just disappeared. But one of my other Sims (who had learned about half the food stall recipes so far) learned the spinach burrito recipe, so I got him to cook it, and when my other Sim ate it she learned the recipe and completed all 27!
