Hi, I am really hoping to get some help here... I haven’t met anyone that has had this happened to!
When I download a house from online gallery and place it on a lot... when I load it it is missing 90% of the main floor walls. Second floor and other are okay!!
Someone please help, would really appreciate it.

First thought would be cc wallpaper would not download with the lot.
Custom content (cc) wallpaper would make the walls be only the basic drywall.
Do you have the link to the lot?
Or at least the name of the lot and creator.

Back to basic troubleshooting. ❤️
What system to you use to play?
Do you have mods or cc in your own game? As unlikely as it may seem the oddest thing can cause game issues.
If you have either please try removing (not disabling) mods / cc and delete the localthumbcache.package and any other cache files.
Right click on the game in Origin and choose repair.
Test the game to see if the walls are still missing on a new download.
