Sims 4 asking the dog to go potty or leash for a walk is not showing.

Console gamer here so no mods. This is a puppy, there is a a 2x10 porch, there are also no locks on the door and I have also manually took the dog out by picking up and setting down outside away from...

This has started happening on my game. It was working and then suddenly the option is gone. I went from one or two dogs to four, so maybe it's connected to that?

    Repairing the game hasn't helped. Only specifically resetting my sim and the sim dog restores the go potty option, and even then, it goes away soon after (whether they go potty or not).
