sims 4 brazil/ Rio?

I personally feel like the sims 4 needs more culture and a good way to start is including south American countries i think starting with brazil would be a good start. Brazil is a very iconic country and many people recognize it especially Christ the redeemer statue and the rio stairs. If the sims 4 wants to start simple i think adding Rio de janeiro would be a great addon to the game. As a Brazilian myself i think adding Rio would up the amount of users in the sims 4.
