Sims 4 business ideas

I was really excited to make my own bakery, however I've read posts saying that sims dont really eat inside the building and they dont really buy anything. So I was thinking maybe I'd make an apartment business instead where people stay in houses I've built and then pay rent? Is that possible tho? If not, do you have any fun ideas for a business???
