Here is the last exception I get.
I tried to upload the file but it wouldn't allow me to. Please let me know if you need me to do it another way.

@saraahx6 that's still from a modded game. Seems some mods are still active in your game.

Sorry about that, I don't get a last exception when my mods folder is out. I got a few last exceptions for awhile but I still was able to play the save just fine. All mods were updated, etc. I cannot load into the save file because I have to go into the world view sincce it's not a resume game at the moment. If I hit resume it would *sometimes* load into the house but, still could not get into manage world.
Yes I deleted localthumbnailcache, i'd do it very often as well.
