Sims 4: Community Lots and Houses Missing or Invisible

Hi Every time I move a Sim into a House already made on the Sims 4, it is just a blank lot whereas on the Map it is a house and when My sim travels to a community lot, once again the lot is blank? ...

Hey I was wondering if you could help me like I'm having the same problem but only in one space

My city Sims apartment doesn't show and I have tried your solution but still not working
Before my game couldn't save solved that problem but now this one

Even when go to build mode is doesn't appear
It's 702 zenview apartment that doesn't want to show
Please help me if you can
Oh and I have a Mac

    Hello @Lily2_1MDS

    • How much file space do you have on your Mac?
    • Would you be willing to send me your save files?  (Located in \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\saves\)  If so, instructions are here.

    hi 

    sorry for the late reply. i was a bit occupied with other things 

    i manage to update my game as well get space 

    which the space on my laptop is 4.79 GB free of 120.11gb (flash storage)

    most my application is on a external mini usb disk but then it comes to saving the game its on my flash storage

    now i want to upload my saves but i dont know how, i tired to do the dropbox but i cant send everything sso i dont know what it my other option.

    i do hope i can solve this soon

    its just one apartment that is missing in the sims city living game

    everything else is working fine expect for the apartment that does not show. its just a blank space. even before i link on the apartment. theres no information regards to apartment

    Is Box blocking you from uploading, or is something else blocking?

    I can only upload one at a time. Like I can't upload like the whole folder file of my saves

    Are you able to place the folder into a zip file?

    EDIT:

    For Mac, I believe you can right-click on the folder or multiple files and select "Compress" to create a zip file

    i dont know if the file will upload but i took your advice and compress the file 

    i would like to know if you cant see the file or not
