Sims 4 Dream home decorator pack 30 CAD when it should be 25 CAD?

I would like an answer to this strange price change as well, as 29.99 CAD is not 20.00 USD. Based on current currency rates, the game packs should actually be priced at 23.99$ for Canadian players. They have been silent about this issue and it is very odd.
