Sims 4 Dream home decorator pack 30 CAD when it should be 25 CAD?

@catsimsgamer I'm Canadian too and I've noticed the same thing, but I haven't been able to find any official explanation anywhere. I'm really hoping it's an error, because otherwise it's a ripoff
