Sims 4 Duplicate world and Lots infinite loading

Just bought Enchanted by Nature and loaded it up after making sure most of my mods were up to date. Loaded in just fine, left my current family and looked at the new map, everything still fine. Went ...

Infinite loading has so many causes. Wished the game would give more indication what's wrong.

Glad your backup works though. Make sure to keep regular backup in case things go south again.

The back up failed a few days later. I ended up starting over. Spent 2 days, 16 hours total saving all the families and lots I wanted in all 26 worlds and loading them into a brand new save. My save file is much much smaller and game loads a bit quicker now and so far hasn't had any issues at all.
