Sims 4 Gallery: Creator's name doesn't show properly

My simmer friends and I have been encountering the same issue since one of the recent Gallery updates.
Previously, when you uploaded something to the Gallery, the author's name was displayed. Even if someone modified your Sim or object, the original author's name remained visible along with the name who changes. However, now we only see "Changed" for all objects. This is problematic because when someone downloads your house, Sim, or anything else from the Gallery and makes modifications, the original author's name is no longer visible.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1020
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
1. Choose any object in the Gallery.
2. Place it in any world.
3. Save in the gallery. You will see that the author changed.
What do you expect to see? I expect that will show the name of author and the names who changed the object or sim.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I tested without mods, and the issue still occurs
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, after September patch
