Sims 4 Gallery freezing pc

Hello, I am having issues with the game. Each time the gallery is opened, it's takes a couple of seconds and everything freezes. I can move the mouse, but everything is frozen. I can only press the window key and restart the laptop. I tried closing game with task manager, but nothing happens. I have deleted everything Sims 4 related on the PC. That's including the EA app and removing all mods of the PC. After installing the EA app and Sims 4, the same thing keeps happening. I don't know what to do now, because this is also happening on another PC. Both my PC are less than a year new, and run other games like cod, cyberpunk, Skyrim etc... without any issues. So it's not a PC hardware issue.
