I have repaired my game, gotten rid of all of my mods, and tried to play it normal, but every time I click on a fully bloomed plant, only four options show. fertilizer, water all, weed, and research. The plants are all fully grown and show their harvest-able sprite, yet the button does not show up. Does anyone have any ideas? I have been playing sims for long enough to have finished a 100 baby challenge, and this is all quite odd to me.

I was able to fix the glitch by doing a total shutdown on my laptop and starting a new game. It was just a single wonky save for some reason. The gardening level was 7 and it seems to not only be glitched with four boxes for gardening, but also with the fridge. Guess that save got corrupted or something.
What gardening level are you at?
@MeekameXD Mods can change a savegame even though they are removed.
Here is a bug report that seems like your issue. I found it by typing into a web browser: cannot harvest bug sims 4 ahq , and then I read it to make sure it fits your issue, as described.
