Sims 4 keeps crashing while/after loading into saves

I was playing the game completely normally with only one problem, which was that my screen sometimes flickered with a white screen but it happened so rarely and swiftly in 0.5 seconds. I thought it was just some small bug from the game itself. I believe I had fully updated all my mods, I have always been looking at the broken mods and CCs thread on this forum and also checking my CC creators' sites.

So I finally got my first crash after the update just 2 hours ago and I haven't been able to load back into and play normally with my save since (my save was created 3 minutes prior to the crash). I am still really unsure and concerned about what could cause this since I haven't changed 1 file in my mods folder before I opened the game when there wasn't any crash at all. I did make a pure folder and moved my Mods, Trays, saves and option.ini back and tried again but it still crashed.

And after that I tried to make a completely new save, it loaded fine (I didn't try getting to manage world and, after creating more saves from this new save, I went back to main menu). So I decided to load the older save (created before the save I firstly mentioned), it was a bit odd to me that instead of loading right into the household, it brought me to the manage world mode and I was afraid to load into my household so I loaded into another one with only 1 sim without a house. This turned out fine and I thought this mightmare would end but after creating a save with this 1 membered household and went back to manage world mode, my game crashed again.

I am currently so confused and frustrated.

    Hi, thank you for supporting. I only opened to the game after renaming the old "the Sims 4" folder to create a new fresh one and then I exited the game and moved my Mods, saves, tray and options back. I didn't specifically play while using it freshly. I am playing on my Dell laptop.

    However, for the past 3 hours I have been able to play normally again and haven't got any crash. I tried to play with a new household (still within the same save) a bit and then successfully got to manage world and entered my household again. I also removed a lot files in my tray folder, up to 8K old files, thinking old builds and households can also affect my gameplay.

    One small detail that appeared after the crashes last night was the Luminary's exotic water garden, which I put in my main household. The rocks kept appearing at the center of the lot instead of the pond's location and I had to scroll and rotate the screen to make it appear at the correct place. This got me paranoid a bit and proceeded to sell it.

    I did also re-replace the MCCC files last night (this was one of the core solutions to my previous problems months ago).
