Sims 4 latest patch cafeteria bug
After latest update in sims 4 cafeteria no longer works. At all. Not showing time of opening, no worker ever appears. Mods are out so it is not their fault, no idea what to do with it eather.

Has anyone asked about this lately? It's been a while since the cook has shown up in my game. I have these cafeteria objects in my dorms and at my high school, they used to work just fine. No one shows up anymore and there are no options popping up when I click on them.
I have most of the expansion packs, except wolves, grim and romance. I have most of the stuff packs. I don't have CC or Mods.

Sorry for late reply. Had put down the game aside. It appears the problem resolved itself after the latest hot fix patch and the cook finally had appeared. There was no issue or missing build objects, but thanks for trying to help.
I assume you are talking about the DU cafeteria object that you find in the commons. Is that correct?
I haven't heard of any problems with it but I will check to see if something is going on with it in my game.
Edit: I went to Brichester and checked the object in Larry's Lagoon. When I first clicked on the cafeteria station, I got no options. But the worker did spawn and as soon as she manned her station, the options on the object appeared. So that appears to be normal.
My worker appeared almost immediately so it works right in my game.
So, there are a couple of reasons that the worker is not showing up for you. If you edited the lot and didn't put in all the required items, that venue won't work. If you have gotten Eco Living, one of the NAPs, Share and Care, when in effect, causes sims to steal things, including things that are needed on lot venues. So something may have been stolen that way. So you need to check if all the items that are supposed to be there are actually there.
The other thing that has been reported in a number of bug reports is lots changing their venue type on their own. So you need to make sure whichever Commons lot that you are having the problem on has the correct venue type.
