sims 4 live mode

I really need help! My Sims 4 hasn't been working for almost a month and I don't know what to do.

Create-a-Sim works fine and so does Build Mode. 

When I go on Manage Worlds and click on the household, it comes up with blue pixelated glitches. It won't let me click on the live mode button at all.

My game is up to date and I deleted all mods and it still doesn't work. ☹️

PLEASE HELP ME! 

 

I'll be eternally grateful...

    @LegitSGM03, since you already removed your Mods and Custom Content (CC), then you can try to repair your game through Origin.  In Origin, go to 'My Game Library" and then right click on the picture of The Sims 4 to bring down a menu of choices and then click on "Repair".  

    Please tell us if that works or not!  I hope it does!  But if it doesn't we will try to figure out what is the matter with your game so you can play again!

    @LegitSGM03, 😳 😃 LOL I don't think my husband would like that, but I understand how you feel! 😇  It is the worst feeling when your game is messed up! 😞😢 

    To be honest, I had lost the link that I gave you 🤭 , but @CMeki gave me the link! ❤️  So a huge thanks to her as well! 😇
