sims 4 night market

Tomarani Quest - Sims 4 - there is no night market (spent more than one night/day) and after 30+ introductions still no one had the trait.  I cheated over that requirement, but still no night market to explore.  I've seen other people on non-official sites complaining of the same problem but I couldn't find it searching here.  Please help and thanks!

Oh, I do not have any mods, I have all the expansions except for a couple clutter packs (ew) - I hadn't gotten around to Tomarani before and right now I'm very disappointed.  I can't seem to find anything.  I don't even see a Morensong neighborhood as a choice?  Nor a national park?  I'm probably doing something wrong.  Thanks for any help!

    @tikibrummund Bit unsure what you are saying.

    You can't find the night market or it task doesn't fulfill ?

    There's a few premades that should have the trait: 

    • Aqua Song
    • Nin Bun Ma
    • Vanesha Cahyaputri

    If you can't find them, just create your own Sim with the trait.

    As a choice for what ?

    Thank you for trying but the night market doesn't show up still (tried another 2 nights through days).  It just stays the day shops but they are closed with the 

    Nin Bun Ma didn't trigger the meet someone with the trait.  I don't think I found the other 2 people - just loads of others.

    I cheated on this one but wanted to do it legit.  Hoping it works after an update at some point but propbably going to avoid it.  I went all this time without doing it.

    @tikibrummund They should open at one point.

    Could you try a new save for testing purposes to see if it works there ?
