Sims 4 not loading into my world: error code 111

Hello! I was just casually playing the Sims and tried deleting a baby. Not sure if that was the trigger but after that, my game started to just bug and wouldn't let me load back into the game. It keeps having an Error code: 111:3e04ffdc:85aac7ec. I did the test where I delete all traces of mods by deleting cache and such but it's still having the same error. I'm not sure what to do. Please help because I spent soooo much time making those avatars.
