Sims 4 Sims stay still and time freezes.

When i play the Sims 4, time suddenly stayes still, when i put zime speed 3 it changes shortly, then when i go normal it goes back to the freezed time... I tryed to go neighborhood view but now its ...

Has anyone found a fix? I can’t even play for 20 minutes max. Ive only had this issue for a month now.

        Ohhhh lol! Your fine! No specific time just whenever I use the fast forward.
