Sims 4-Snowy Escape Unable to Ski or Sled or Snowboard

Okay so I just got Snowy Escape. I was super excited for it and got all ready to snowboard. I bought the boards and skis, making sure they were the correct size, and made my way over to the bunny hills to get started. Unfortunately, whenever I click on the slopes and the little menu pops up for what I want to do, the only option that is available is to change my stance. When I hover my mouse over the other options, all I am given is a little blurb saying "Action Not Available Here". I have tried repairing in Origin, removing my mods, and completely clearing my Origin Cache. Nothing works. I am very disappointed that this pack is not working.
