sims 4 trial not working

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I've downloaded the Sims4 trial which now sits in my Game Library and it doesn't give me the option to launch. The orange "Start trial" button is faded and not clickable... can someone explain why that is? It says I have 48 hours remaining
