Sims 4 unplayable: too many bugs

The sims 4 is unplayable. I am planning on deleting it completely and calling it a day. I have no mods installed and everything is updated. My food vendors in the game

disappear into the sky, off map. The pumpkin carving along with several other activities don’t work, fish don’t appear in fish tank unless i debug with cheats, sims make their own choices and ignore commands, partners consistently cheat now on sims, fame pack isn’t spawning paparazzi or fans, guests don’t leave after a party nor are there options in the command area to ask them to leave or send them home… I mean I could

go on. Every time I sign into the sims, I notice another MAJOR bug. It’s tiring and old and exhausting. My pool stuff and patio stuff disappears now when you approach it too! So I refuse go even download the new free patio

kit. EA has a history of touching games and turning them into Dirt. Put some TIME into this damn game most of us have spent 100s on over the years. Why is this game so buggy???  It’s unplayable. I used to play this game for at least 3 hours at a time, now it’s 15 minutes at most. I hate the sims now and EA is fully to blame. “Try this, do that, delete and reinstall, etc”. The fact that your solution is to ask players to continue to do the same troubleshooting they’ve been doing goes to show- EA doesn’t care. Your a money hungry, micro transaction loving company that has no business being involved with video games. OVER IT.

On a ps4 and agree. I've done a full factory reset, as well as bought a whole new console - its like the more interconnected my sim relationships get, the worse the lag becomes, then glitches begin. Sims 4 is the only game I have that requires a factory reset every few months. Delete user data file, start new game, place saved households from a back up file, rebuild their relationships - then repeat. It makes advancement or legacy building impossible. And the dismissive "oh delete your household, factory reset, start a new game" replies just translate to "EA/Maxis is not concerned with the actual playability of their game." At least not on console. What other player said is true, EA is notorious for this.
