Sims 4 will not load past the plumbob loading screen.

I am incredibly frustrated with the sims 4 at this point. A few days ago, my game would just go back to the select worlds screen when selecting a household. I fixed that and revamped my entire mods/cc folder one, by one, and there's over a 100. I had to start over with a whole new save, family, house etc. I was just playing my game just fine a couple hours ago and had to exit to do something else. I am now trying to go back in and all of a sudden it will not load my household and is just stuck on the loading screen. 

I created a new sim and placed him in the world to see if there was an issue...none whatsoever. Worked just fine as it should. What is going on and what am I doing wrong?

    Did you put any mods/cc back ?

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

    Hi, I've gone through...again...all mods and CC. The game just stays stuck on the spinning plumbob. I have no idea what else to do. I've repaired the game, cleared out the cache, but nothing is working to load my played household.
