my sims is having cramps and keeps saying miscarrage and that i need to go to the hospital but i dont have that option can i get help im new at sims?

It might be the mod that is allowing your Sim to have cramps and possible miscarriage. Try disabling mods, restart and see if that changes anything? If so, the mod might need updating.
