my cc isn't showing up and I've tried almost everything to get my cc to show up but when I first got sims today I only had the electronic arts folder like nothing else except that.

If you start the game once the Documents\Electronics Arts\the Sims 4\ folder plus all subfolders will be created. The unpacked CC goes in the Mods folder.
