Sims are stuck/won't do an action

Hi,

this sucks yeah. What have you tried so far for solving this Bug?

If you like you can Troubleshoot like this:

1.) If you haven't already tried, you can go into your Dokuments > Electronic Arts 
You should see your Sims 4 folder. You can rename this folder to " Sims 4 old" or whatever you like. This will be your backup for all your saves and mods etc. (EA or The Sims will generate a new folder for you named "Sims 4" later) You can also copy it and save it somewhere save so things wont get lost.

2.) Now you can savely go to your EA App and click the option to: "repair game" (BUT ONLY if you renamed the folder or saved it somewhere save!)

3.) Now. Try to run the game, and see if it looks normal for you now. In this stepp all your Sims should be gone but don't worry, nothing will be lost since we renamed or saved your older sim folder somewhere else.

If your game looks normal to you now, you can exit the game (you dont have to save).

4.) Navigate to your OLD folder and move your saves, mods, screenshots and tray folders from this one into the newly created The Sims 4 folder.

Hi, this happened to me too, I opened the small business and first what happened was that two customers didn't even leave after I closed and you were unable to click on them and have any interaction with them at all.

The following day I opened with both of them stuck at the lot and then my Sim, who is the owner, got stuck as well with queued interactions although she was not doing anything and she was just sitting on the chair, more and more customers got stuck and when I was unable to cancel any acction and customers kept coming and were just standing at my venue for hours, I did open the cheat console and reset sim from there but that didn't fix the issue, my Sim just got stuck in T-pose after resetsim command and still didn't do anything (you can see that on the picture attached). 

What fixed the game for me was to save as a new save file, return to main menu and then loaded that new save file (I created a new save in case that if it was corrupted, I could return to the previous one if there was still the issue). Once I loaded that exact same save file, it was working for me and people were not stuck anymore. It was funny for a while but it didn't fix itself after running the business for 24 Sims hours. I was not worried as it was a fresh save that I created for Businesses and Hobbies so I would only lose couple of hours but still. I hope this will be investigated.

I don't have any mods or CC in my game.
