Sims cannot enter new house built for them
They can go into the house, walk around, etc. but I cannot see them, only the outside of the house. When I click on the sim, I just get a closeup view of the backyard. Their needs are depleting quick...

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
- Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
