Sims cant do any water activities in Sulani

Hey, my sim currently lives in Sulani and the idea was for her to be a diver, but none of the water activities work as intended. As some might have noticed fishing hasn't worked in Sulani for around 2 months now but I just now noticed a lot of other issues.  

1. I cannot use the option "swim around" sometimes, nothing happens once I press it.

2. when I try communicate with dolphins, my sim swims to the buoy where the dolphins are located, does nothing and then immediately swims back to the shore when I didnt tell her to do so, every time I do any action with dolphins or the buoy my sim swims to the shore between them and I cannot make her stop this. Also during rainy weather she seems to be swimming with her umbrella out half the time until the game realizes that shouldn't happen and it closes midway her swim.

3.When I make my sim go scuba dive, she changes into the gear in the shore, swims to go scuba dive, then once she finishes her dive she swaps back into swimwear while still in the water. If I queue her to scuba dive again she now has to swim all the way back to shore, then she can swim back to do another scuba dive.

4. Free diving at a buoy does not work at all for me, my sim swims to the buoy, nothing happens and the game forces her to swim back to shore.

5. Fishing does not work whatsoever anywhere in Sulani, unless you're on a Canoe.

Just to make it clear: No, I do not use mods, and no I do not have autonomy on.
