Sims can't go on dates or woohoo

I have had this issue ever since I downloaded the Lovestruck Expansion pack. Unsure if it is the pack itself, an update, or what. I do have mods but I have seen others with a similar issue and they have no mods. First off, whether I try to start a date via the chat bubbles or the phone, it doesn't matter, they either T-Pose and then go back to normal while resetting themselves or I pick the lot for the date and I end up in the world hub. So dates don't work for me even if I have the other sim make the date. I mentioned the woohoo issue, every time I try to get my sims to Woohoo it doesn't work so it seems that beds are giving me issues, not sure if a bush or other woohoo method will work.
