Sims can't interact

 I can load my sim perfectly fine, but when the game loads my sim can only interact with "go here". I can not click on her,  other sims, and objects. I have taken out all of the Mods I have, that didn't work. I tried the "sims.reset", that didn't work. I even uninstalled, restarted my device, left it for the night, and tried again after a reinstall and that didn't work either.
