sims can't learn all the 27 city living dishes

hi i'm having a trouble with my sims learning all 27 city living dishes. i've already learned 26 but can't learn the last one. its called edamame (japanese kitchen) and every time i eat it, nothing happens ;( does anybody have any idea how to do it bc i really want to unlock all the 27 recipes . i tried to do it without the mods or on the other save but the result is the same
