Sims continuously reacting to a non-existent pet gift
All the adult sims I'm my household keep having their queues filled up by a react to pet gift interaction. I cannot find a pet gift anywhere on the lot, and all the sims cancel the interaction to wave their hand in the air saying the cant reach it. I first tried going to manage worlds because it kept happening with one sim but then after ward it started happening to another sim. After that, I tried closing and reopening my game just to find that it was now happening to every adult sim in the building and they were all stood in the hallway waving their arms in the air.
Not sure if its a bug or a problem with mods but I, not even a week ago, repaired my game and spent hours looking for broken mods. There may be a pet gift somewhere on the lot in an unreachable position but I don't understand why all of the sims, even ones not in my household, are obsessively trying to react to it.
Turns out there was a pet gift in an unreachable position. Ive moved it to an open area and had a sim open it and problem is solved. Still not sure why all the sims were obsessively reacting to it, that might just be part of the game.
