Sims do not put trash/laundry into bins/hampers

No mods or CC Sims will pick up the trash or dirty clothes and put them straight back on the floor. Even if there are usable hampers or trash cans nearby, they just put them on the floor and do not ...

did you check if the hampers were already full ? 

If you tell them to put something in the trash and they place it back down, try replacing the bin.

    Hampers are empty. As for bins, it has happened for 2 sim generations. Heir moved out, bought new bins, still doing it. I also added new bins and an outside one, they still just put it down.
