Sims face texture messed up:(

I haven't been able to play in months because in CAS when I make a sim and change the gender, and or play with genetics it messes the sims facial texture up. I checked to see if it did it on my PS4 and it didn't, it's only doing it on my laptop. So, I'm assuming it has something to due with Enchanted By Nature since it started when I got it. Please please fix this I have been dying to play and I can't. I labeled the pictures, sorry for chicken scratch handwriting.
