Sims freeze for long periods time

Every file i have created every single household reaches a certain point where they just freeze and won't complete any tasks. It's to the point where I spend more time waiting for them to unfreeze, then I do actually playing. I have different sized households that they have all reached this point anywhere between one character and 6 at the max. Every single save gets to this point. On top of that the time speed always get messed up the fastest speed always moves at normal speed when it's not frozen. I play on ps5, I have deleted and re-downloaded the game several time and started new saves several times. I do not use mods or cheats.
