Sims gaining weight
Just started playing Sims 4 recently. My sim is gaining weight, a lot. Is this normal? I really do not want to play a sim who looks like me at my old age of 64 with the added weight, but must I? ...

You need to send them jogging. Sim foods have a variety of different "calories" (weight points?) assigned to them, but Sims never burn them other than with specific exercises - time, manual labor jobs, caring for kids, doing household chores and going up & down stairs, etc don't do anything.
