Try to get your sim to calm down before they become hysterical. Get them to a mirror. I hope this helps.
0.5 seconds means not enough time to even get them to walk to a mirror. Hope that helps.

- @ayu_fifi I noticed that your sim is not Hysterical, but only Very Playful in the last picture you posted, but she has a moodlet (the one with the very smiley face 🤣) that means she's an illness of some sort, try to buy a medicine to cure it before it gets worse.
