Sims keep getting Losing/Winning against Grim moodlets for no reason

I have been experiencing this bug as well.  Repaired and still getting it.  I noticed my sims were playing ping pong when they got the moodlet.

Hellokeekee53​  If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
