Sims on main menu screen are not wearing their clothes?

Could you please provide the following information

  • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
  • What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
  • Have you tried deleting your cache files ?
  • Do you have any cc on that Sim ?
