Sims.spawnsimple spawns only Adults

I am doing a challenge that involves spawning in random mates for my heirs, and I came across a fact that I hadn't counted on. No matter how many times I try, the sims.spawnsimple cheat only spawns adults. It does vary in gender, looks, etc, but not in age.

I would like to put forward as a suggestion that either certain ages get implemented in the randomness of the cheat (for example teen or young adult up to elder?) or even better, some way to optionally control what kind of random sim you get, especially gender and age!
